SHIPPING
Please allow 5 to 9 business days for delivery on
orders in the United States. International orders are shipped via priority
mail international and delivery times depend on the customs department of
each country. In the rare
case that a part is on backorder, the customer will be notified immediately
and the time frame of expected delivery will be given. If customer wishes a
refund due to backorder time, that refund will be issued within 48 hours.
RETURNS
Parts returned due to customer error (i.e.
customer ordered the wrong part, or gave the wrong model when ordering
parts) are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Buyer pays shipping on returned
parts. Customer will receive refund for cost of part only, shipping will not
be refunded. Refunds will only be processed after returned part is received
in original condition. Please included name, return authorization number, shipping address and email
address with all returns. No returns on electrical parts. Returned parts
should be mailed to Eton Parts Online, 33 Northfield Rd, Wallingford, CT
06492. Returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of part. Please email
angelatvs@aol.com to receive your
return authorization number before shipping the part back. All returns must
have an return authorization number included in the package.
